We implement BACK END SECURITY. When orders are forwarded to us via non-encrypted email, your credit card numbers are stripped out of the email and the URL of the secure page to retrieve the digits is substituted.

We've pondered getting our own secure certificate but the costs involved and the liability exposure are simply too great. The way we do it now is optimal and we pass those cost savings on to you.
You can tell when you are on a secure site by lock graphics on the top of the page. You can also use your web browser to view the security certificate issued to the commerce server we use.
